Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 10 September 2026
These Terms & Conditions of Sale apply to orders placed with Marelie Wear.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions of Sale, together with the applicable policies available on our website, including our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Cookie Policy.
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions of Sale apply to offers, orders, sales and deliveries of products made by Marelie Wear to its customers.
All mandatory consumer rights and protections applicable to the customer, including those provided under the Australian Consumer Law, remain fully applicable.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to present our products, their features, images, colours, measurements and prices as accurately as possible.
Slight differences in colour may occur due to screen settings, photography, lighting or other display variations.
Obvious errors, including certain typographical or technical errors, may be corrected to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. Orders and Payments
An order is placed in accordance with the steps shown during the checkout process.
Orders are generally processed once payment has been successfully received.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on the country, device or payment provider used.
We may refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including in cases of reasonable suspicion of fraud, payment issues or an obvious pricing or technical error.
If an order that has already been paid for is cancelled by Marelie Wear, any amount due to the customer will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
4. Processing and Delivery
Our usual processing time is:
1 to 3 business days.
After processing, the estimated delivery time is generally:
6 to 10 business days.
The usual total estimated delivery time is therefore approximately:
7 to 13 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, periods of high demand, public holidays, customs procedures or other exceptional circumstances outside our reasonable control.
A delay does not automatically give rise to a right to compensation. Any rights available to customers under applicable consumer law in relation to delayed or failed delivery remain unaffected.
Further information is available in our Shipping Policy.
5. International Order Processing
We work with various fulfilment, storage and shipping partners in order to offer and deliver our products.
Depending on the product, availability and delivery destination, an order may be processed and/or shipped from a distribution centre located overseas.
In some cases, multiple products from the same order may be shipped separately.
6. Returns and 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
In addition to the rights available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law, Marelie Wear offers a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee from the date the order is received.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may contact us within 30 days of receiving it to request a return.
To qualify for this voluntary 30-day return guarantee, the item must meet the return conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will refund the amount paid for the eligible returned item.
For returns made under our voluntary change-of-mind policy, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
Where an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, the customer's statutory rights and any applicable rights regarding return costs remain unaffected.
Full details regarding return conditions, procedures and any applicable costs are provided in our Return & Refund Policy.
Our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not exclude, restrict or replace, any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Cancellations and Changes
If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:
We will do our best to process your request before the order is shipped.
However, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once processing has begun.
Any statutory rights available to the customer after receiving their order remain unaffected.
8. Faulty, Damaged or Non-Compliant Products and Consumer Guarantees
Products sold to Australian consumers come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you believe that a product is damaged, faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, please contact us at:

Depending on the circumstances and the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy.
Rights under the Australian Consumer Law are automatic and are not limited to the 30-day period of our voluntary money-back guarantee.
